Arm Lift (Crescent Brachioplasty)

Mini brachioplasty or a crescent brachioplasty (an arm lift) is a surgical procedure to reduce the excess sagging skin, tightens and smooths the shape of the upper arm. Compared to a traditional brachioplasty, the scars are shorter; not extending to the elbow. This is a 45 year old female from the Harrisburg area who presents with excess skin on her upper arms causing cellulite on the anterior and medial surface. She had liposuction 3 years ago, initially she was fine, however the laxity of the skin has caused her to go on to have this deformity. She desired a more normal contour to her upper arm region.
