"I feel so lucky and proud to have been a patient with Dr. Theodore Foley. He makes you feel so comfortable and safe. You know whatever he is going to do will be fine. He did surgery on my wrists to alleviate my pain from years of carpal tunnel. I had no problems with the surgery and now I have no pain or numbness.
