His advanced techniques in face, breast, and body rejuvenation and enhancement create natural, long-lasting results.

Skills and Specialities

Dr. Foley combines his surgical skills, modern techniques, and advanced medical technology to produce natural, attractive results for patients. Dr. Foley has a wide range of interests and abilities in both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery.  Some unique features of his services include his surgical techniques for breast reconstruction, breast augmentation, abdominoplasty, surgical fat grafting, facelifts, and non-surgical non-invasive body sculpting techniques. The unique theme and motivation to these services is how to provide the most aesthetically pleasing results for patients with the least amount of downtime and discomfort. Dr. Foley uses the high lateral tension abdominoplasty to give patients an appealing, hour-glass figure. This type of abdominoplasty is more thorough than other types and produces much more aesthetically pleasing and natural looking results. Dr. Foley has found that the MACS facelift gives patients great results with a minimally invasive technique for faster recovery. Since fat tends to start appearing where it's not wanted with age and disappearing from areas that need the added volume, Dr. Foley has invested a lot of time in learning and practicing fat grafting techniques. Dr. Foley uses fat transfers to create natural results in breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, facial rejuvenation, and hand rejuvenation. Dr. Foley is very proud to have the first UltraShape Power and VelaShape III devices in Harrisburg. These non-invasive, non-surgical instruments enable permanent fat destruction and/or skin tightening and cellulite reduction respectively. The fabulous and unique features of these instruments is that they are reported to be the most efficacious (reducing fat by up to 32% in the treatment area) non-surgical instruments which also are the most comfortable treatments for the patients. Hence, Dr. Foley is providing the non-surgical body sculpting to patients with minimal downtime and maximal comfort. He continues to bring his patients the best results by keeping his techniques and technology on the cutting-edge.

Education and Training

Dr. Foley started his education at Villanova University in Pennsylvania  graduating magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and a completion of his pre-medical requirements. He continued his education at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/The Chicago Medical School in Illinois where he earned his Medical Doctorate (MD). For further training, Dr. Foley completed a plastic surgery residency at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Penn State University, Hershey, PA. Dr. Foley is proud to be a practicing Fellow of the American College of Surgeons who is board certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and an active member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. To learn about new medical technology and techniques, Dr. Foley attends many continuing education courses and workshops so he can provide the best care and service to his patients.

Reviews

"Top notch patient care provided! - The patient care provided by Dr. Foley's staff and Dr. Foley alleviated all concerns I had about my surgery. From my first visit to the office to the day of my actual surgery (blepharoplasty), they patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. The information packet provided by Dr. Foley spelled out in detail what I was to do in the days leading up to my surgery as well as what to expect during and after the surgery. Everything worked out just as expected. I highly recommend Dr. Foley and his staff to anyone needing blepharoplasty or any other type of cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery. "

"Two thumbs up! (because I only have two thumbs) - The greatest difference I noticed about Dr. Foley and his staff was that they devoted plenty of time to visits and my questions -- they did not rush out of the room after 4 minutes. I felt as if I got to know him and his staff a bit too, which is nice. Even better, his practice addressed little potential annoyances - giving a map of a huge health campus so you're not lost on the morning of your surgery, telling you, 'This sometimes gets missed, so if it doesn't happen, let us know.' They respond quickly and thoroughly to online inquiries-concerns through a reliable online portal system. They did not try to upsell, but made clear exactly what to expect by my 2nd exam-consultation. My results are great after a clear procedure that went pretty much exactly as they said it would. I had no pain, but did have an Rx so I wasn't left hanging if I needed it. They will work with your insurance if possible and are clear about the full financial obligation BEFORE the procedure, which I loved! "
