Hand Fat Grafting

This patient presents with concern about the appearance of her hands. She has lost volume fullness on the top of her hands, making her look older than her age. She is seeking a more full - youthful look. As an alternative, Renuva – an injectable, could have been used for the same purpose. 14cc of grafted fat to the dorsum of each hand. This was an in-office procedure, where the fat was harvested from her medial thighs.
