Circumferential Body Lift

Significant weight loss can result in excess skin, after bariatric surgery. Excess skin in the abdominal and leg regions is often most completely corrected with a circumferential body lift procedure (lower body lift). Abdominoplasty alone can't correct the posterior and lateral thigh vertical skin excess which the circumferential body lift procedure addresses. Thighplasty will still be needed, however the thigh deformity will not be as dramatic after the circumferential body lift. This is a 28-year-old greater Harrisburg area female has nerve entrapment in multiple locations. She weighed 282 lbs previously. She underwent gastric sleeve and lost weight (she has been 170lbs for over 1 year) and now has excess skin around her waist. She has a pinching nerve pain down her right posterior leg, but also down the left posterior leg at times. She underwent this procedure to help with the posterior leg pain.
