Procedure Details

A thigh lift (thighplasty) is a surgical procedure to reshape the thighs by removing excess skin; this results in a smoother look to the thighs. The thigh lift does not reduce or remove cellulite. It also does not remove local areas of fat, liposuction can best achieve this. This Harrisburg area patient underwent a body lift procedure. While this helped correct the laxity on her thighs, she desired further correction with a thighplasty.
