This 35 year old female from the Harrisburg area gained weight during pregnancy and was trying to loose the abdomen skin and fat. She developed recurrent intertrigo (rashes), recurrent fungal infections, pain, excoriation and skin breakdown in the inguinal regions. She had a laparoscopic band procedure to help loose weight. She reported having pain in the pannus itself.
