Breast Augmentation Lift

This 44yr old Harrisburg area patient underwent a previous breast augmentation procedure with 450cc saline implants. She wanted to exercise more and said her breasts were too large. She was seeking a procedure to reduce and lift her breasts. She was a 34DD, she wanted a reduction to a full C. She likes having implants and would like to have a smaller implants. She had a Mentor High profile 375cc saline implants with a medial pedicle mastopexy to reduce the excess skin. Breast augmentation revision where larger implants are changed to smaller implants requires making the inside pocket smaller and generally a skin tightening procedure (mastopexy). A breast lift, also known as mastopexy, raises the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour.
