Breast Augmentation Reduction Lift

This 64yr old Harrisburg area patient underwent a subpectoralis saline breast augmentation in years ago with total volume 375cc saline implants. She has Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and notices that if she lifts up her bra/breasts, that the pain is much better. She was wondering if her implants were smaller, would the pain improve. We planned a breast augmentation revision surgery of exchange her 375cc saline implants to smaller 210cc saline implants with a breast lift (medial pedicle mastopexy to reduce the excess skin). Breast augmentation revision where larger implants are changed to smaller implants requires making the inside pocket smaller and generally a skin tightening procedure (mastopexy). A breast lift, also known as mastopexy, raises the breasts by removing excess skin and tightening the surrounding tissue to reshape and support the new breast contour. Sometimes the areola becomes enlarged over time, and a breast lift will reduce this as well. A breast lift can rejuvenate your figure with a breast profile that is more youthful and uplifted.
