Breast Augmentation Revision

Breast augmentation revision where larger implants are changed to smaller implants requires making the inside pocket smaller and generally a skin tightening procedure (mastopexy). This 64yr old Harrisburg area patient underwent a subpectoralis saline breast augmentation in years ago with total volume 375cc saline implants. She has Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and notices that if she lifts up her bra/breasts, that the pain is much better. She was wondering if her implants were smaller, would the pain improve. We planned a breast augmentation revision surgery of exchange her 375cc saline implants to smaller 210cc saline implants with a breast lift (medial pedicle mastopexy to reduce the excess skin).
