Initially I was told by a friend that Dr. Foley had an excellent reputation for cosmetic surgery. That was so true as Dr. Foley presents as knowledgable and sincere as he assessed my droopy eyelid issues. He guided me through the process due to having too high blood pressure when we first met. I have been getting Botox injections every 3 - 4 months for years and did feel that it was no longer as effective as it once was. I heard a new alternative was Daxxify and that it can last 6 - 9 months, making office visits less frequent. Dr. Foley is one of the only doctors in the area offering this new neurotoxin and did an excellent job sharing the risks and benefits. I did get the injections the same day and noticed two days later I was nearly wrinkle free. I was referred to Dr. Foley through a friend for removal of basal cell cancer on my upper lip. Originally, I was scheduled for MOHS through dermatology at a local medical teaching facility. The EOB - for the teaching facility - for the biopsy and initial visit showed very high charges, including a "facility fee" of over $700. I was informed that I had to wait almost five months for the procedure. That's when I started looking for alternatives. Thankfully, I found Dr. Foley. Cancer removed, clean edges, no scar and the procedure was done the week I called for an appointment. The cost? A small fraction of what is charged at the medical teaching facility. Fat Transfer - I had a Co2 Laser in 2016 and experienced some fat loss after. The Dr was aggressive and damaged nerves and i was left with fat loss. This is my second Fat transfer with this dr i just needed a top up and some other areas treated. The fat stayed quite hard for about six months after my first procedure but then started to soften and it even seemed to get a little fuller. No Lumps or issues the procedure was not painful but a little uncomfortable. The lipo part was the worst but it is completed relatively quickly. You get sat up with a mirror and the dr injects the areas you want and you can say whether you want more or less during the procedure so you’re aware what’s going on at all times which i really liked. 39, 2 Children, Breastfed Pre-pregnancy 32A, After Babes Saggy 30A - I never thought of myself as an elective plastic surgery supporter. I am a nurse and know all the horror stories of surgery and always thought that you should just be happy with your body. Then I had the experience of having [RS bleep]-worthy boobs during pregnancy and breastfeeding 34C/D and really felt disappointed with my body after I stopped nursing and the deflation began. So about a year and a half after I stopped nursing, my skin went back to normal and I had these very sad looking 30A cups. I know that cups aren't a standard measure but I ended up wearing a lot of bralettes in XS because I couldn't fill out the A cups I had worn pre-pregnancy.After consulting 2 PS, I decided that I would get a BA. I knew I wanted silicone. I ended up getting Mentor 375cc high profile, under the muscle on May 18, 2018. My goal was to have more lower pole fullness, like a natural breast and to end up about a C cup size. Frankly, I am so slender I just wanted to look like a woman again. Another consideration is that I am a runner and didn't want to go too big. I initially wanted 265cc but the longer I thought about it, I didn't want to have buyer's remorse. So I did the rice sizers and wore them for a little while attempting to decide the biggest size I would be comfortable with before deciding with certainty.Today is 5 days post op, I am only taking Tylenol or ibuprofen 3 times a day. I have toddlers, so my activity level is high and though I spent the weekend resting -I can't realistically do that while caring for the babes.I am excited for the results but I know that it will take several weeks for me to be fully happy about my decision. I did buy some bras yesterday and it felt good to look at larger sizes, try them on (over my sexy surgical bra) and they 'fit' -as best they could with the implants being so high- 34C.I am 5' 9", 125 lbs I also have hypothyriodism. I have difficulty keeping weight on due to my medication. My BMI was 18.1 at pre-op. Ugh. That's the lowest I have been since 8th grade. As for my husband, he didn't want to influence either way. He was supportive of my decision but felt that it was not necessary for his enjoyment. I am excited to be pain free and use them (wink, wink).Updated on 3 Jun 2018:So I am 16 days post-op and my implants are still high but everything is progressing normally. I take an occasional dose of ibuprofen but do not have continual pain. I am able to wear normal bras now -that was a huge confidence booster! I am looking forward to the next month when the D & F happens and things start to look more natural.Updated on 21 Jun 2018:So the healing is going well. I have my check up next week. No concerns, just excited for the implants to drop into a more normal shape and look. Now that I can wear regular bras, I feel much better about my implants. I have not been cleared for cardio, so I can't attest to how things feel with running. I measure as a DD but look more like a C cup. More

Dr. Foley is an amazing plastic surgeon. I am a breast cancer survivor having had a bilateral mastectomy. Dr. Foley performed my implant surgeries. He was compassionate and understanding, answering all of my questions and concerns before and after surgery. My post-surgical checkups were also through-Dr. Foley never rushed through any of my appointments. Since my breast surgery, Dr. Foley performed endoscopic surgery for carpal tunnel release on my hand, having normal movement after one week. Awesome job-thanks Dr. Foley!! And staff! More

Talented Physician Who Truly Cares: Dr. Foley recently improved my life dramatically by performing a breast reduction. Even though I had a few hiccups post-op, he was there the entire way. Unbelievable care!!: My teenage daughter was bit in the nose by the neighbors’ dog. There was a large laceration through her nose. We took her to the ER and asked for a plastic surgeon. It was a Sunday, so they weren't sure they would be able to get ahold of any. Within less than an hour, Dr Foley was there. He was on his way home from church, with his daughter. His daughter sat coloring with the nurse staff, while he performed, nothing shy of a miracle, on my daughter’s nose. It has only been a few months and the scar is almost completely invisible already. He, unselfishly, gave up his Sunday afternoon with his young daughter to save a lifetime with a scar on her face for my daughter. Not only is he an unbelievable plastic surgeon, he's a very caring man as well. I can't thank him enough for what he did for my beautiful daughter!! More
Great service: When I was diagnosed with breast cancer I was referred to Dr. Foley by my breast surgeon. Prior to my first appointment with Dr. Foley I was apprehensive, only because he was not a preferred provider on my healthcare plan. After my fist appointment I knew that I was in good hands and paying more out of pocket was no longer an issue ( not that I have money to throw away, but you can't put a price on a great healthcare provider). Dr. Foley is a very smart man and meticulous surgeon. In addition he is very kind, caring and NEVER makes you feel like your concerns and your time are not important. You are definitely not just a number. Since my surgery I have referred two friends to Dr. Foley and am anxious to hear about their experience. More

He has ethics and that is what I like the most. He is not out to do a procedure for the money and will advise you against things that are not necessary. I currently get Botox and Restylane from him and have been extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate in having a procedure done by him. I also appreciate his prices that he offers. More

I recently had reconstructive surgery (for the 2nd time) following treatment for breast cancer. Dr. Foley did an absolutely amazing job! I am beyond thrilled with the outcome, he did exactly everything he said he was going to do. My 1st surgery (performed by another doctor) resulted in deformities, constant discomfort and I was very unhappy. I met with Dr. Foley to correct a devastating breast augmentation from another plastic surgeon. I had a double bubble under both breasts, major scarring and over sized implants. Dr. Foley was honest that he had never corrected this exact situation. He followed up with me, as he educated himself on the best options.
